Yes. We research suitable European manufacturers, suppliers and distributors against your requirements. We consider price, quality, availability and transport when preparing an individual offer.
Can I enquire as a private customer or a small business?
Yes. Private customers, businesses and industrial buyers can send a request. Feasibility and any minimum order quantities are assessed individually.
Can you search for hard-to-find or discontinued parts?
We can investigate possible sources. Please include the manufacturer, part number and revision where known. Finding a listing does not confirm availability or technical compatibility; these must be checked before an order.
Is the enquiry free, and do I have to buy?
Your enquiry and individual quotation are free and non-binding. An order is only placed after you accept the offer and the agreed payment conditions are met.
Do you have an office or warehouse in Australia?
No. FERKL Projects is based in St. Pölten, Austria, in the European Union. Your enquiry is handled by FERKL in Austria; this service does not rely on an Australian warehouse or fixed Australian catalogue.
Can you offer alternatives or compare an existing quote?
Yes, if you allow alternatives. You can upload an existing quote and tell us which specifications must stay the same. We do not guarantee a lower price or savings.
What about shipping, export and delivery to Australia?
Options are assessed individually for the product, quantity and destination. The quotation will specify included services and responsibilities. Customs clearance, taxes and import requirements must be agreed separately; they are not automatically included.
Can every product be sourced?
No. We assess each request and may decline it. Restricted goods or products requiring permissions that FERKL does not hold are outside the service. Suitability for the intended Australian use must be checked before ordering.
